Paul Hyer was born in 1970 in Santa Rosa, California. His first car was a 1972 Toyota Corona, Mark II, purchased for $500 of hard earned money on the day he turned 16. At age 19, Paul served a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Japan for a period of two years. Konichiwa! After getting married to Mitzi Jacobson in 1992, he attended Cerritos College, West Coast University and finally Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1996. The family moved to Lake Isabella in 1999, and he has been serving the community as a Chiropractor at Mesa Chiropractic ever since. Paul & Mitzi have three beautiful children.

In the spring of 2005 Paul & Mitzi purchased a car lot in Lake Isabella and Hyer Quality Cars was born. With his doctor perspective Paul has seen to it that the cars sold are “Hyer Quality,” that includes a complete safety inspection on all vehicles. As a doctor, he has seen the misery caused by auto accidents. Paul makes sure that any needed safety repairs are done right. In order to help this happen, he opened Hyer Quality Service Center and hired mechanics that would do the work right. The new Service Center is now open to the public, making Hyer Quality Cars a full service dealership. Hyer Quality Cars can get any car you want and help keep it serviced for as long as you own it.
